Obviously you all know us - or know of us. But we still thought we would share a little bit more about ourselves - leaves fewer embarrassing topics for the Best Man to share...!

Nick Stevens was born 9th January 1981 to the loving parents of Alan and Linda Stevens.
Jeanette Kofoed was born 26th February 1983 to the loving parents Aage and Aase Kofoed in the lovely Country Denmark. First "home" was a flat in Herning but when she was 2 her parents moved to a house in the nearby town, Ikast, a house in which they still live to this day.
Many people often thought Jean was a bit of a tomboy in her young age as she prefered to be outside and play...Barbie dolls where exchanged for He-man and Action Man and football was always her first choice of sport.
When she was 10 her biggest wish came true in the form of a little brother, Daniel - whom she considers one of her best friends. Little is not something which Daniel can be referred to anymore though as he towers over her with almost a foot.
Sci-fi was something which took up her interest in her early teens, and Jean will happily admit that she was a full blown trekkie for several years. In fact her first visit to the UK was for a Star Trek Convention. It was her interest in sci-fi and technology that got her on to studying Computer Science and Web programming and which later on also let her back to the UK again - this time not for a convention but for studying her Bachelor in Chelmsford.
After many days of trying to get everyone to pronounch her first name she just went with good old "Jean". Life at Uni was, well as Uni life is - studies, a few drinks and parties and more studying.
Jean's hobbies varies from reading, playing around with computers, watching TV shows (which according to Nick are shows only she would watch), cooking
as a couple we have just celebrated our 5th anniversary together...wow!
Has been an amazing 5 years, we have met each other's family. Jean met almost all of Nick's just 3 weeks after their first date - she was petrified they wouldn't like her and even more petrified about making the Pimms wrong as it seemed to be a very IMPORTANT thing to everyone - something which she has learned is true as Pimms is just such a wonderful drink!
Nick met Jean's family later that summer at her dad's birthday and they all took a liking to him. In fact, Jean was told that she better not mess it up as they would keep him and not her! How is that for a loving family?
